At Ice Shaker, we stand by the quality of our premium stainless steel bottles and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused Ice Shaker products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
